Jong Bhak is a researcher and student in biology field. He is presently the director of KOBIC (Korean Bioinformation Center: http://kobic.re.kr). KOBIC is NCBI of Korea or EBI of Korea.

KOBIC has around 50 bioinformatists who develop various alogrithms, DBs and ideas on bioinformatics.
